Customer Service / Sales Support

Full job description

For over 100 years, Consolidated Electronic Wire and Cable has served as a leading manufacturer of standard and custom electronic wire, cable, power supply cords, molded cable assemblies and wiring harnesses. Today Consolidated is a rapidly growing, employee-owned company looking for highly motivated Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to work with the team in reaching sales goals and providing unsurpassed customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate daily with current and potential customers
  • Maintain the existing account base sales and help qualify and nurture sales leads
  • Help quote existing and potential customers
  • Process and confirm orders to customers and suppliers.
  • Provide order status/tracking
  • Resolve invoicing issues and assist Accounts Receivables when needed
  • Work with the internal sales team and outside sales representatives
  • Enter opportunities, tasks and contacts into Salesforce (CRM)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Required Skills

  • Must be a self-starter
  • High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately
  • Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Two years industrial customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Sales Force CRM software
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Pay: $55,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year
