RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate daily with current and potential customers
- Maintain the existing account base sales and help qualify and nurture sales leads
- Help quote existing and potential customers
- Process and confirm orders to customers and suppliers.
- Provide order status/tracking
- Resolve invoicing issues and assist Accounts Receivables when needed
- Work with the internal sales team and outside sales representatives
- Enter opportunities, tasks and contacts into Salesforce (CRM)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Required Skills
- Must be a self-starter
- High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately
- Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Two years industrial customer service experience
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Sales Force CRM software
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
