cable-assemblyConsolidated Electronic Wire & Cable offers custom wire harnesses for a wide variety of applications, including, but not limited to, appliance, audio-video, medical equipment and automotive for industries as diverse as aerospace, agriculture, communications, transportation and more.

Our custom wire harnesses are built up to 600 volts (UL), up to 3000 volts (military) and can be specified for temperatures from -65 ºC up to 250 ºC.

Assemblies may be wrapped with wire ties, heat-shrink, lacing, tape and tube, and marked with labels and tags. In addition Consolidated offers bar coding, four-color ink stamping, and circuit identification.

Consolidated can handle production volumes from 100 units to 1,000,000 units and build finished product within 2 weeks. Consolidated is ISO 9001, QS-9000 and RoHS compliant to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the performance and durability of our wire harnesses.
